Beth Ogilvie of Ogilvie Appraisals has over 30 years of residential appraisal experience appraising single-family properties, two to four-family properties, condominiums, and high-end properties. Beth strongly believes and understands the importance of knowing the nuances of the neighborhoods where she appraises with a focus on Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset Counties. The purpose of appraisals include but not limited to: financing, estate planning, tax appeals, bankruptcy, relocations, TIC determinations, Green Acres settlements, and divorce/separation settlements.
Beth began her career appraising Philadelphia's five-county area, moved to appraisal management for a large corporation, and in 2000 founded Ogilvie Appraisals, LLC.
Beth enjoys the balance of family, work, and community service. Married with two children who were raised in Princeton and have entered the workforce, Beth’s current community service includes Emerita board member of Princeton Community Housing (former president), treasurer of the Bryn Mawr-Wellesley Book Sale, and Good Grief facilitator. A hot yoga enthusiast, biker, and hiker who enjoys gardening and time with two Covid rescue dogs.
